TINY LITTLE MOMENTS...DAY 10

"Half way there"

Well, I've made it half way through my training for the half marathon in April! Wahoo... I'm finally on week 7 of the 12 week training, it's all down hill from here! I love that my sister started doing this because I know I wouldn't of done it or even known about it if it wasn't for her! And I've also lost 10 pounds too! I am so excited it gives me that extra push on the day's I have major inner struggle's to get up at 6am to go running or go to the gym...But I'm almost there and I can't wait to have the feeling of wanting to run just to run or staying in shape even after the marathon is over...I'm happier, healthier and more hopeful than I've been in a long time and it feels really good! I definately challenge any of you out there to set a goal like I have if you want to loose weight b/c it is a great way to challenge yourself and motivate you if you can't find any of it in any other way! And thanks to all my family especially my husband for the support in doing this I could use all the help I can get!!!

Way to go James! I've done the canyonlands half marathon in Moab a couple times and it feels so great to finish. Keep on running!

Wahoo! This post says it all. I have to say thank-you because if it wasn't for you and Rachel I'd have given up by now. You're awesome! I loved our 7 mile run the other morning. It was so great and you kept me going!
